Because God is saving a people for himself, the Christian life cannot be understood outside of the context of Christian community. So whether you are just beginning to explore the message of Jesus or are a committed follower of Jesus, here are some ways you can connect.

Why Membership? The New Testament Scriptures are saturated with examples and stories of people committing to, identifying with, and held accountable by local Christian communities (1 Cor 14:23, 6:4; Acts 5:13; Phil 1:1; Rom 16:1; 16:3–4; Rev 3:4). Today, we call this membership. Life together in Christ flourishes in the context of this type of commitment.
